The Pink Santa Program is a signature holiday initiative of the Abigail E. Keller Foundation, created to bring joy, comfort, and meaningful support to medically fragile children and their families during the holiday season.

- 200+ filled stockings delivered to children in Pediatric Hospitals and Clinic
- At-home Santa visits for children receiving hospice care
- $250 H-E-B gift cards for families
- Warm meals for pediatric palliative care teams
- 11 counties served
Through Pink Santa, the Abigail E. Keller Foundation has delivered support to hundreds of children and families served by partners including:
- Dell Children’s at Home Palliative and Hospice Program
- Texas Children’s Hospital
- Dell Children’s Comprehensive Care Clinic
- Austin ISD’s Rosedale School
